About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Finance team at Labelbox. As a Revenue and Sales Operations Manager, you will optimize the processes and technology stack that drive revenue generation within our organization. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, business technology manager, and post-sales teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across all revenue-generating functions. You will provide a complete picture of Revenue, Business, and Customer Data.
Your Day to Day
Deal Desk:
- Streamline approval workflow and deliver deal desk efficiency by unblocking bottlenecks with a purposeful workflow to manage all cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage quoting, price list (SKUs) and services rate card (Labeling & Solution AI).
- Create and lead Deal Desk calls with all stakeholders.
- Manage the CPQ approval process; First line of involvement with Legal & Finance.
Sales Process Optimization:
- Analyze and optimize the sales process to maximize efficiency and revenue generation.
- Develop and document sales processes, guidelines, and best practices.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine sales strategies and tactics.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Generate actionable insights from sales and marketing data to inform decision-making.
- Won/Loss reporting and analysis.
- Engagement reporting for Account Executives, Sales Development Managers, and Customer Solutions teams.
Revenue Forecasting and Planning:
- Collaborate with finance and sales leadership to develop accurate revenue forecasts and quotas.
- Assist in the development of sales territories, quotas, and incentive plans.
- Monitor performance against targets and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Oversee sales pipeline and activity to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Sales and Marketing Alignment:
- Foster collaboration and alignment between sales and marketing teams.
- Establish clear processes for lead handoff and ensure effective communication between teams.
- Identify opportunities for joint initiatives to drive revenue growth.
Adhoc requests from leadership:
- Assist in board decks.
- Conduct one-off metric analysis.
About You
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, and/or proven track record of 3-5 years of experience in the role.
- Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in CRM, marketing, and revenue automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Marketo, Maxio, GCP Marketplace, etc).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Looker, Clari, SFDC, etc.).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Labelbox strives to ensure pay parity across the organization and discuss compensation transparently. The expected annual base salary range for United States-based candidates is below. This range is not inclusive of any potential equity packages or additional benefits. Exact compensation varies based on a variety of factors, including skills and competencies, experience, and geographical location.
Annual base salary range$135,000—$165,000 USDExcel in a remote-friendly hybrid model.
