Description

As a Real Estate Cold Caller, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for the real estate team by making outbound calls to potential clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a knack for building rapport over the phone. The primary objective is to identify prospects interested in buying, selling, or renting properties and qualify them for further engagement by the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients using a provided list or database.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects interested in real estate services, including buying, selling, or renting properties.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for real estate agents to meet with qualified leads.
  • Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up calls with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Database Management: Update customer information in the CRM system accurately.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on current market trends and property listings to effectively communicate with potential clients.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate the value proposition of the real estate services offered.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales team regarding lead quality and market insights gathered during calls.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  • Persistence: Willingness to make a high volume of outbound calls and handle rejection professionally, especially from distressed sellers.
  • Customer Service Skills: Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with US Real Estate: Basic understanding of real estate terminology and market dynamics is preferred.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other communication tools.
  • Management: Experience managing junior sales teammates
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is advantageous.
  • Real estate Knowledge: Experience with single-family rentals, cash offers/buyers, and wholesale real estate is a plus.
