Position Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth in our life insurance products. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader who will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing team performance, and fostering a culture of success within the branch. You will play a key role in achieving our sales objectives while mentoring and motivating a talented group of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute strategies to meet and exceed company sales targets.
  • Recruit, Train, and Mentor Sales Team: Build and maintain a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing support, training, and professional development.
  • Monitor Team Performance: Track individual and team performance, offering feedback and coaching to ensure success.
  • Client & Community Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and community partners to build trust and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience and improve processes.

Qualifications

  • Sales Management Experience: Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Leadership & Team-Building Skills: A strong track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients and team members.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
  • Results-Oriented: A strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Licensing Requirements: Life and Health insurance license required upon hire.
