The ideal candidate will have four (4) or more years of personal lines sales experience, including high-net-worth wealth accounts and specialty carriers.

The individual in this position will develop and maintain agency relationships across the United States, providing risk management solutions including but not limited to coverage and risk analysis, recommending products and services appropriate for the exposures present, preparation and delivery of proposals, and binding coverage.

  • Stay well-informed about our products, services, competitors, and industry trends to understand the competitive landscape, communicate value propositions, and provide tailored solutions effectively.
  • Explore and establish new strategic partnerships to expand market reach. Implement strategies to create a consistent pipeline of qualified personal line submissions from our partner agencies. This includes identifying key customer profiles and target growth markets.
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with producers; understand their needs, address concerns, and consistently deliver exceptional service and sound risk management insights. Identify new business opportunities, upselling and cross-selling our products and services where appropriate
  • Drive results to ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met. Shows consistent growth in client acquisition while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, including subject matter experts, carriers' underwriting teams, and operations.
  • Proficient in using a variety of computer programs, including Agency Management Software/ CRM, MS Office, and carrier quoting tools
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze problems quickly, devise creative solutions, and adapt to achieve successful outcomes
  • Demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior, building trust with clients by being honest, transparent, and reliable.

Qualfifications

  • Active Property and Casualty License.
  • 4+ years of personal lines insurance sales experience.
  • Preferred experience with high-net-worth carriers such as Chubb, PURE, AIG, etc.
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring, cultivating and maintaining client relationships, and integrating with key partners.
  • Excellent written communication skills. Writes clearly and proactively; edits communications for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to situation; presents information effectively without the use of technical jargon.
  • Self-confident to make sound independent decisions.
  • Highly professional and self-motivated with the ability to demonstrate a positive attitude and an energetic personality.
  • Proficient in using a variety of computer programs, including CRM, MS Office, and carrier quoting tools.
  • Schedule availability Monday to Friday, Rotating Saturdays

Salary

$81,000 – $92,500 (Base + Performance Incentives)

Work@Home Environmental Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that your work environment aligns with the outlined: A dedicated workspace that is quiet and free from noises that could be distracting to the employee, such as:

  • Children, family members, friends, and neighbors
  • Pets and pet distractions
  • Television and Radio
  • Outdoor activities
  • The environment cannot be in a location that is recorded by video or audio at any time unless Qualfon requires it.
  • The environment must be in a location where screens face away from all windows and cannot be viewed outside of the home or outside of the room. The work environment should be in a closed space surrounded by walls, with all doors closed as needed.

Depending on the client's support, there may be additional environmental requirements

Technical and System Requirements:

  • You will be provided a computer
  • High-speed Internet via wired ethernet connection, no WI-FI, Satellite or Hot spot
  • Upload speed of 5 Mbps; Download speed of 16 Mbps
  • The Internet service provider (ISP) must be highly stable with 1% or less packet loss
  • Latency under 100ms.
  • All Hires must have an available cell phone or tablet and be able to install our required 2FA software for Multifactor authentication on that device.
