Your Responsibilities as a Life, Accident, & Health Insurance Agency Mentor
📌 Onboard, Train & Develop Agents – Guide agents through product knowledge, policy structuring, and industry best practices.
📌 Provide One-on-One Coaching – Offer hands-on support to help agents improve their sales, client relations, and compliance skills.
📌 Support Agents in Client Interactions – Assist in sales calls, policy explanations, and handling client concerns effectively.
📌 Monitor & Enhance Agent Performance – Track team progress, provide feedback, and tailor training to individual needs.
📌 Ensure Compliance & Best Practices – Uphold ethical sales practices and regulatory requirements within your team.
📌 Foster a Team-Oriented Culture – Create an environment of collaboration, motivation, and continuous improvement.
Who We’re Looking For
✅ Experienced Insurance Professional – Must have a Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license (or be willing to obtain one).
✅ Strong Coaching & Mentorship Skills – Ability to train, inspire, and develop insurance agents.
✅ Proven Sales & Industry Knowledge – Background in life, accident, and health insurance sales, underwriting, or client management.
✅ Passionate About Helping Others Succeed – A natural leader who finds joy in watching agents grow and excel.
✅ Tech-Savvy & Organized – Proficient in CRM systems, virtual sales tools, and digital communication platforms.
