Our client, a provider of comprehensive technical documentation and publishing services headquartered near Milwaukee, WI, is seeking an Inside Sales / Business Development Representative to join their team. This role involves direct sales calls to develop new prospects and accounts, using a consultative and analytical approach to meet and exceed sales targets, while working remotely from your home office. Qualified candidates will have at least two (2) years of sales experience in publishing, advertising (print or digital), or manufacturing industry and demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter, motivated in uncovering opportunities from stale accounts and new business leads in the technical publication sector. •    Develop new prospects and accounts through direct sales calls
•    Manage and grow sales with existing company accounts
•    Analyze customer needs and recommend tailored documentation solutions
•    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities
•    Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows
•    Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas

•    2+ years of sales experience required
•    Experience in publishing, advertising (print or digital), or manufacturing industry required
•    1+ years of remote work experience required
•    Cold calling experience required
•    Proficiency with CRM software required
