Salary: $160,000 to $180,000 + 20% Bonus (OTE = $192k - $216k)

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will optimize sales processes, standardize CRM usage, and drive sales performance across the organization. This role requires a hands-on approach to sales enablement and process optimization, focusing on data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and maximize revenue. [REMOTE] Commercial Excellence Leader Responsibilities

•    Implement and manage the CRM system, driving compliance and best practices
•    Lead sales process optimization to enhance workflow and reduce inefficiencies
•    Develop KPIs and performance metrics for sales teams, ensuring alignment with goals
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic initiatives
•    Provide data analytics and insights to inform decision-making and identify growth opportunities
•    Conduct training for new and existing sales personnel to enhance performance
•    Support the development and execution of key account and territory plans
•    Oversee the Group Sales Incentive Plan, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
•    Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and change management

[REMOTE] Commercial Excellence Leader Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree required
•    9+ years of commercial excellence leadership experience required
•    8+ years of CRM experience required
•    Project Management and Change Management experience required
•    Proven experience in CRM implementation and process standardization required
•    Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel required
