Relationship Manager-PFAC

What does a successful Relationship Manager do at Fiserv?

You will assume the relationship management role in leading Fiserv’s overall business relationship with a portfolio of clients from a strategic and consultative perspective. Serving as the primary contact for the client’s executive and/ or senior level leaders, you will be responsible for managing and growing the overall relationship with senior-level decision makers and influencers with clients to create customer loyalty and increase revenues. Travel up to 60% domestically.

What you will do:

  • Serve as primary point of contact and information resource to clients, sales support, marketing, and management regarding ongoing operations, strategy & business development
  • Develop and implement account plans that drive incremental Fiserv revenue through creation of profitable deal constructs and innovative partnerships
  • Identify and build a pipeline of revenue generating opportunities that increase profitability and contribution margin as well as lead retention of partnership via contract renegotiations and renewals that deliver profitable outcomes for Fiserv
  • Cultivate and improve relationships across multi-level and teams at client to identify and implement solutions to grow and expand revenue
  • Increase Likely to Recommend score through deep strategic partnerships and obtain assigned sales quota through contract renewals and the sale of various products and services to assigned client portfolio in partnership with product sales SMEs
  • Responsible for retaining customers through proactive contacts, thorough follow-up on outstanding issues, and professional contract negotiations and carries out day to day maintenance of daily operations for assigned client portfolio

What you will need to have:

  • 5 – 10 years of Enterprise Relationship Management experience with preference in the payments or financial services space
  • 5 – 10 years of experience managing, growing relationships, and implementing cross-functional strategies to drive revenue growth with large clients
  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of work, education, and military experience
