At Salesloft, our Regional Success Specialists are pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our high-performing global Strategic Services and Success team driving adoption, value, and ROI. 

Your role will be to educate customers both 1:1 and at scale, delivering best practice training, analysis and insights for usage improvement, and new features of Salesloft. You will be showcasing the platform on a daily basis which means you’ll have an immediate impact on the day to day lives of many of our customers.

Other key aspect to this role will be; 

  • Regularly evaluate customer usage patterns and provide relevant next-step recommendations to ensure ROI
  • Share sales engagement insights and best practices, relevant to the customer’s current workflow,  with an emphasis on how to execute those practices using Salesloft
  • Ensure your activities are aligned and support the customer’s success plan 
  • Consult with individual-contributing end users, managers and VP level stakeholders from the customer team
