Serpa Packaging Solutions is seeking a dynamic sales leader to join our Serpa Team! As the Midwest Regional Sales for the Midwest territory: Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee you will be required to develop new business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must have great hunting/prospecting experience
• Travel nationally required, 25% up to 75%
• Must be self-motivated
• Hybrid opportunity
• Microsoft office knowledge: Outlook

Desired Requirements:

• Packaging Equipment experience
• 2 years of experience selling packaging equipment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Salesforce or equivalent CRM software experience

Base Salary Range: $68,000 - $100,000; Potential Commission Opportunity: $30,000 - $80,000
