Regional Sales Manager - Southeast

POSITION OVERVIEW
dormakaba is seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in the Southeastern United States for our Interior Glass Systems business. This individual is responsible for the overall sales and profitability in the territory by developing a sales strategy to drive profit growth, maximize satisfaction of customers, and develop a consistent line of repeat business that delivers opportunities for expanded growth.
*This is a remote position and can be based in any southeastern state up to and including Texas.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $85,000 - $105,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop a territory plan and account plans to manage the assigned territory
- Oversee sales activities of local independent sales representatives
- Work closely with other sales staff by attending customer meetings on site and via phone
- Collaborate with other dormakaba employees to assist in gaining architectural specifications and project opportunities
- Communicate with management regarding sales forecasting
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- High school diploma/GED
- 5+ years of industry experience/frameless glass systems knowledge
- Territory travel as required – up to 50%+ (including training and business meetings)
WHAT WE PREFER
- Associate's, Bachelor's, or Technical degree
- Construction materials experience selling to glass fabricators and glazers
- Experience working with and supporting Architects and General Contractors
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce)
