Regional Sales Manager
We are currently looking for a driven and resourceful sales leader to propel our sales strategy, as developed by sales management, to ensure company goals are achieved. In this role, you'll manage the activities of direct reports within designated geographical area, including the implementation of plans within key accounts. You will also assist in major account presentations and ongoing partnership requirements.
This role supports sales and growth for our ServiceMaster BioClean brand.
What you'll do:
- Maintain account production from existing partners.
- Determine account targets and leverage internal assets in account procurement.
- Manage activities of direct reports.
- Collaborate with management to implement sales acquisitions strategies.
- Develops presentations for internal and external customers. Follows up with commitments and monitors percentage attainment of stated goals.
- May be responsible for training presentations, sales meetings, lunch & learns, or similar events.
- Maintains marketing concessions and monitors their use. Adheres to contract and company policies.
- May be responsible for managing prescribed budget.
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree from college or university, and/or five years sales experience or account management experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience within a related field is preferred
- Verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking
- Computer skills with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and e-mail applications
- Business acumen
- Problem solving and decision making
- Organization and time management skills
Compensation:
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At SMB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000 to $120,000.
Work Location:
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S., excluding Los Angeles County.
