The Regional Sales Manager will lead a regional field sales and clinical organization to achieve sales and market penetration goals as assigned for Abbott’s MCS Division. This position will lead a team of field sales and/or sales support employees, and will be responsible for developing and implementing annual sales plans to meet revenue goals for the business. This position is responsible for hiring, coaching and developing sales and clinical personnel, supporting these field personnel in the efficient and effective leadership of their teams. This position is responsible for the overall employment, development, and retention strategies for field personnel for the assigned area.
