Your Role at Delta Faucet
This is a time of transformative growth at Delta Faucet Company. We are looking for a Regional & International (Int'l) Human Resources Business Partner who will lead North American Manufacturing and International Services Human Resources teams in MI, IN, China and India.
This role will be instrumental in creating a positive workplace culture while fostering growth and efficiency across diverse locations. The ideal candidate will reside in the Mid-West, and will report to the Director, Business Partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Lead, inspire, encourage and coach three HR leaders and their immediate teams, comprising of 9 HR professionals across domestic and international sites. As a leader, you will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of HR processes aligned with Masco and HR strategies.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders and teams from multiple sites to deliver HR solutions that align with our strategic objectives, including but not limited to talent management, performance development, engagement, employee relations, and hourly workforce planning. Contribute to the development of HR policies, ensuring compliance with regional and international labor laws and standards.
- Data-Driven Insights: Harness the power of workforce analytics to discern actionable trends, diagnose root causes, and devise targeted interventions sought at accelerating organizational progress. Leverage industry best practices and key metrics to advise decision-making and drive performance optimization.
- Global Engagement: Demonstrate a willingness to immerse oneself in the operational realities of the business by traveling approximately ~40%, primarily to domestic manufacturing sites, with occasional international travel to cultivate global collaboration and alignment. Lead Human Resources aspects of the due diligence process and establishment of foreign entities. Additionally, build and maintain expatriate and relocation assignments for international employees.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 7+ years of related experience across various subject areas within human resources.
- Strong client relationship leadership skills and confirmed experience in developing consultative relationships with senior and mid-level leaders, including the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Focused approach to drive complex, or multiple simultaneous projects to successful completion with agility to pivot based on business needs.
- Experience in leading organizational transformation and change management across different countries and regions.
- Understands the changing and dynamic workforce landscape in North American manufacturing and internationally.
- International Human Resources experience, and knowledge of employment laws and regulations in one or more of the following countries: China, India, Vietnam, Thailand and Mexico.
- Excellent at building and leading through relationships across the HR organization – with peers, upwards, and with center of excellence partners.
- Financial competence: Track record of working with numbers and financial data to drive decision-making.
- Master's degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Executive coaching certification preferred.
- Ability to work non-business hours to support international locations
