We are on the lookout for a talented Regional Director Benelux & France.
Is this you?
As a Regional Director Benelux & France at Monta, you will be responsible for growing our presence in the local market. With a team of Account Executives, and working with our local marketing and SDR teams, you will generate new pipeline and work as a playing coach in closing new ARR.

What else should you know?
We've just closed a massive 80M EUR Series B round, propelling us toward revolutionizing the EV charging experience. Our growth has soared, with nearly a million monthly charging sessions and 1,000 EV drivers joining us daily. We'll use this funding to enhance our software-only strategy, expand into new markets, and improve our product for an electrified future âĄ
Here are some things youâll be working on:
- Lead the Benelux & France sales team for new business (currently 2 people).
- Hire, develop and coach the sales team through direct collaboration on deals.
- Be a playing coach.
- Develop and own your own deals.
- Build a GTM plan for Benelux & France and execute the plan to increase revenue.
- Work with marketing, business development teams and post sales teams to increase the awareness of Monta in the local market.
- Build meaningful relations with potential customers and partners in the market- Stay updated on top of trends in the market and stay on top of competition.
- Be active on events and conferences to represent Monta.
- Deliver weekly, accurate new business forecast to senior management.
- Meet quarterly sales personal target and the sales team target.

- Make Monta one of the most recognized EV charging solutions in the Benelux & France market.
- Doubling the size of the Benelux & France ARR in 12 months.
To do this, we imagine you to have the following experience:
- Dutch fluency, your personal quota will be targeting the Netherlands
- 5 years of SaaS sales background.
- 2 years as a SaaS sales leader with direct reports
- Relevant background from the EV software industry.
- Bachelor degree in engineering or business.
- Structured approach, ability to keep the team motivated for a continuous strong effort.
- Experience with MEDDPICC and value based selling.
- Strong communicator and an ability to create and maintain meaningful networks.
- Based in the Netherlands
