- Drive Enterprise Growth: Contribute directly to the success of HopSkipDrive’s rapidly expanding Enterprise business, helping to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Curiosity and Networking: Proactively seek new opportunities and leverage existing networks to connect with key stakeholders across different school districts and government departments.
- Ownership of Client Accounts: Take full ownership of a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring retention and expansion, while dedicating time to building a robust pipeline of new opportunities.
- Strategic Account Mapping: Identify key stakeholders within client organizations and uncover opportunities to deliver additional value across multiple use cases.
- Solution-Oriented Selling: Understand and log thorough notes on the transportation challenges and opportunities of prospects and clients, aligning HopSkipDrive’s proven solutions to address their needs effectively.
- Lead Pricing and Strategy Discussions: Facilitate pricing negotiations and shape high-level strategies to ensure long-term client alignment and growth in your metro.
- Client Engagement on the Road: Conduct 2-3 days of on-site client visits each week to strengthen relationships and drive engagement.

Our Investment In You

HopSkipDrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is an $85,000 base with an OTE of $125,000 - $130,000. This position is remote and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location. The total compensation package for this role also includes equity stock options.
