Job Description
The Exclusive Agent (EA) Recruiter plays a critical role in driving the successful appointment of new Allstate agency owners by implementing innovative sourcing strategies and targeted recruitment efforts. This individual will be responsible for nationwide candidate identification, proactive outreach, and thorough vetting to ensure high-quality talent is brought into the pipeline. The EA Recruiter will serve as a strategic partner to sales leaders, providing expert guidance on best practices for attracting and engaging top-tier candidates. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to effectively present the Allstate agency owner opportunity, and a data-driven approach to optimizing recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging various sourcing channels, maintaining a strong talent pipeline, and supporting Allstate’s growth objectives by identifying candidates who align with the company’s vision for agency ownership.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality agency owner candidates.
- Proactively identify, engage, and vet potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking events, and industry partnerships.
- Manage and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support business needs in key growth markets.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach, screening, and qualification to assess fit for the Allstate agency owner opportunity.
- Guide candidates through the recruiting process, providing clear expectations and next steps.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to understand market needs and recruitment priorities.
- Provide insights and recommendations on best practices for attracting and retaining top-tier agency owners.
- Support sales leaders in market-specific recruitment efforts, including local sourcing strategies and networking opportunities.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to refine sourcing strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment efforts and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining effective communication and process efficiency.
- Promote the Allstate agency owner opportunity through social media, career fairs, industry events, and community engagement.
- Build relationships with industry professionals and referral sources to expand candidate reach.
Functional Skills:
- Talent Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Ability to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates using various sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
- Stakeholder Management: Proficiency in building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, understanding their needs, and providing consultative guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to align recruitment strategies with broader business goals and talent needs, including workforce planning and market analysis.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Skill in utilizing recruitment metrics and analytics to track progress, improve processes, and inform strategic decisions.
Education:
- 4-year bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- 3 or more years of experience, talent acquisition, or sales experience, preferably in agency ownership, franchise recruiting, or financial services (Preferred)
- High volume, full-cycle recruitment experience (Preferred)
- Experience in a Specialized Recruiting Field (e.g., technical, executive, or sales recruitment).
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Compensation offered for this role is $62,800.00 - 114,175.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
