The Role

Nabis is seeking a full-cycle recruiter to lead hiring efforts for both hourly and salaried roles across the organization. This individual will be responsible for sourcing top talent, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, and collaborating with key stakeholders to support Nabis' growth. They will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless candidate experience, extending offers, and driving strategic hiring initiatives.


The ideal candidate brings a strong network and a track record of success in sourcing candidates across diverse functions and levels. They must be adept at managing high-volume operational recruiting while also executing targeted searches for technical and specialized roles as business needs evolve.


This role requires exceptional time management, communication, and project management skills, along with the ability to pivot seamlessly between different hiring priorities. As a key member of the People team, the Recruiter will take a hands-on approach, balancing strategic hiring initiatives with the tactical execution needed to scale the organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build a diverse pipeline of candidates for roles within the Product, Engineering, Finance, Revenue, Strategy, and Operations departments
  • Manage a high volume recurring hourly funnel and coordinate interviews on site at each Nabis location based on our staffing model
  • Manage the entire recruitment process for roles from start to finish, including, but not limited to: 
    • Managing inbound applications, referrals, and sourcing of passive talent using creative sourcing methods
    • Building and maintaining interview paths
