Real Estate Lawyer - Construction, Planning and Development
US - US - Remote
We are currently seeking a Construction Attorney to work with some of the world’s largest companies across multiple industries.
Responsibilities:
- Advising construction companies on construction development/transactional issues
- Working with and advising corporate clients directly regarding construction matters
- Drafting and negotiating construction documents and supporting internal client teams
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a construction lawyer, with a focus on construction law, contract negotiation, and project development
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, real estate law, zoning regulations, and environmental laws
- Proven experience managing construction-related disputes and litigation
- Complex commercial real estate experience is a plus, including real estate finance, leasing, and acquisitions and sales
- Experience working independently and cross-functionally and taking on complex projects
- Active bar license in good standing in the state in which you currently reside
Compensation, Benefits & Location:
This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $115,000, and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
