At a Glance
As the Master Trainer you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive training and education plan that effectively provides the field team with the skills and knowledge to support our brandâs products and services, ultimately leading to increased sales at retail for our clientâs products. This includes identifying training opportunities and developing sales and product training content, improving existing training content and setting strategy for how to make content impactful and useful for the field team. This person will work closely with the NFM and program leaders to understand the goals of our client, and how to support those goals through training and education. This person will be responsible for proving existing and new sales representatives with various levels of experience and knowledge with the tools, skills and knowledge they need to be effective in the retail sales environment to drive sales of products powered by our clientsâ technology. You should have deep experience in technology, have a demonstrated passion for teaching and preferably past retail experience. You should be very comfortable speaking in front of groups and giving presentations both in person and virtually.

WHAT YOUâLL DO
- Influence sales teams and change hearts and mindsÂ
- Create and maintain an extensive program training roadmap that aligns to BDS and client priorities and key moments
- Develop new training content and modify current materials that are relevant and useful to the field teamâs objectives
- Own the strategy of how training content is delivered to the field with an in-depth knowledge of teaching methods
- Build relationships with Field and Account Leadership to understand client priorities and align training to these goals
- Conduct store visits to gain insight into how training comes to life at retail, identify gaps, and understand the business needs of âŚ
