About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Sourcing Manager, where you'll be at the forefront of creating exceptional meeting experiences! In this role, you'll be responsible for everything from consultative scoping to securing contracts, all while maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love negotiating the best deals, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
- Consultative scoping and intuitive program design for sourcing needs.
- Develop and send eRFP program specifications while monitoring offers.
- Negotiate contracts to secure the best prices and concessions.
- Collaborate with Meeting Planners to ensure all client needs are met.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers and keep them updated on proposal statuses.
You're Good At
We’re looking for someone who excels in negotiation and communication, with a knack for organization and time management. If you have a passion for creating successful meetings, you’ll fit right in!
- Industry contract negotiations and consultation expertise.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and adept at time management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients.
- Proficiency in meeting management technology, preferably Cvent.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Purchasing Manager is between $65,000 - $75,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
