We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager for outdoor Products/Public Sector who’ll be responsible for strategically driving outdoor/public sales in the So. CA and Northern CA markets and developing and maintaining strong agent, distributor, specifier, and contractor relationships.
You’ll be part of the Signify West Zone team, and one of its responsibilities is working with our agents to assist in growing our outdoor/public offering. We're on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touch!
What you’ll do
- Work on strategic plans with our agent network in order to grow our outdoor/public/connected business.
- Work closely with our inside sales and quotations team to strategize on projects.
- Collaborate with our other Regional Sales Manager’s on overall agent strategy
- Work with our Product Marketing team to develop and implement New Product Introductions.
- Develop, monitor and evaluate sales opportunity pipeline. Participate in monthly business reviews.
What you’ll need
- 3+ years of related experience in outdoor lighting specification, utility, or related industries
- Ability to train, engage, and close deals with our agent network
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related experience.
- Ability to drive demand within the Public sector (Specifiers, Utilities and Municipalities.
- Collaboration skills with many customers (internal and external).
- Focus on upsell capabilities to drive connected projects, systems and services.

Salary: $106,000 - $15,000
Bonus: Target Sales Incentive- 35%
