About The Role
Join our growing Provider Success Team at Mochi Health! As a Provider Success Associate, you'll play a critical role in supporting and engaging our provider community, ensuring their long-term success on the Mochi platform. You'll guide clinicians through onboarding and beyond, solve challenges, and develop solutions that improve their experience.PSAs are creative problem-solvers with a passion for making a difference. Our clinicians trust the PSA Team to be their partners in success—helping them grow their patient panels and build strong relationships throughout their journey with Mochi.
What You’ll Do
- Provide thoughtful and strategic support to clinicians, helping them navigate technical issues and achieve their goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Clinical Operations, Product, Customer
- Service, and Medical Affairs to streamline processes and resolve provider issues.
- Manage and update provider content, including communication, training resources, and workflows.
- Identify trends affecting providers and propose long-term solutions.
- Champion efficiency by developing and promoting streamlined workflows across teams
- Foster a team-first mindset: humility, collaboration, and partnership are key.
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, community management, or operations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—know how, when, and what to communicate with confidence and clarity.
- Experience working across teams and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technologically savvy with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $60,000 to $80,000, in addition to benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
