Provider Relations Senior Analyst - Military One Source - Evernorth Behavioral Health - Remote

The Military OneSource (MOS) Provider Relations Sr. Analyst will support individual providers and clinics associated with Evernorth’s Military OneSource network. Responsibilities include but are not limited to provider issue resolution, including claims, assisting with contract questions and solutions, provider relations, data management and network performance.  The Military OneSource Senior Manager will utilize in-depth provider relations and network knowledge to ensure success of the Military OneSource network providers as well as facilitate process improvements to positively impact participant quality of care as well as provider experience.  This Provider Relations Sr. Analyst will collaborate with the other areas of the organization to assist with provider issue resolution and provider adherence to Military OneSource requirements.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work with clinics and individual providers to help educate, assist with administrative questions, facilitate the resolution with any issue and help provider to navigate resources to ensure the success of the Military OneSource network.
  • Address provider requests received within 48 hours.
  • Drive use and adoption of provider website resources and tools; including monitoring of successful completion of all Military OneSource provider requirements – training, credentialing, background checks/fingerprinting.
  • Resolve customer complaints/concerns surrounding providers; work closely with the Military OneSource team to ensure compliance with all Department of Defense standards.
  • Assist with directory accuracy by working closely with providers to update demographics as well as specialties.
  • Perform administrative review of provider treatment records.
  • Foster relationships and collaborate with key internal matrix partners within the behavioral network department, the entire behavioral organization,
  • Identify and participate in process improvement activities to improve provider experience, increase provider satisfaction, and ensure adherence to Military OneSource network requirements.
  • Actively participate in the behavioral network communication strategy through generating ideas for planned communications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience within the behavioral provider services/relations and/or contracting/network development.
  • Knowledge of managed care (network design, products, customer service, provider communities, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently, think creatively, and solve complex problems collaboratively and inclusively.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
  • Act with sense of urgency to research questions or issues and assist in identifying the right parties or resources to resolve these issues.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while understanding how specific decisions impact overall vision/mission.
  • Detail-oriented, with proven time management and organization skills (including the ability to engage in multiple tasks and meet deadlines/standards)
  • Comfortable with raising questions, issues, ideas, or suggestions across all levels of the organization.
  • Knowledge of Policy & Procedures, Behavioral Network Operations, and supporting operating systems.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 58,100 - 96,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
