Position Summary
The Provider Network Associate is a highly strategic support role within the MultiCare Connected Care Provider Network. In this role, you will be the essential foundation of physician contracting and onboarding.Responsibilities
Manage Out-of-Network requests which includes but is not limited to: Waiver processing and coordinating Single Case Agreement discussions with Out-of-Network providers.
Maintain all contracts in MultiCare’s contract database—"Intelagree.”
Schedule meetings with key stakeholders both internal and external to MultiCare.
Complete annual Network Adequacy and Marketability preparations.
Assists with the creation of network Reimbursement Fee Schedules.
Requirements
Associate degree or 4 years of experience. Preferred Bachelor degree in a healthcare or business concentration.
Experience working with payors, particularly in provider network or provider services.
Experience working effectively with senior levels of management, physicians, and physician groups.
Experience in the Microsoft and Adobe suite of products.
