Position Summary

The Provider Network Associate is a highly strategic support role within the MultiCare Connected Care Provider Network. In this role, you will be the essential foundation of physician contracting and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage Out-of-Network requests which includes but is not limited to: Waiver processing and coordinating Single Case Agreement discussions with Out-of-Network providers.

• Maintain all contracts in MultiCare’s contract database—"Intelagree.”

• Schedule meetings with key stakeholders both internal and external to MultiCare.

• Complete annual Network Adequacy and Marketability preparations.

• Assists with the creation of network Reimbursement Fee Schedules.  

Requirements

• Associate degree or 4 years of experience. Preferred Bachelor degree in a healthcare or business concentration.

• Experience working with payors, particularly in provider network or provider services.

• Experience working effectively with senior levels of management, physicians, and physician groups.

• Experience in the Microsoft and Adobe suite of products.
