The CSG Forte Bid Management Team’s Proposal Content Manager (PCM) will lead the research, creation, and housing of multiple forms of proposal content (writing, graphics) for CSG Forte’s existing content management database. This role will interact with the Bid Management Team, Sales, Product Development, other functional teams and internal Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to define and develop valuable content to be shared internally and externally (within responses to RFP’s, RFI’s, Unsolicited Proposals, etc.). The PCM is responsible for developing messaging and content that improves the reader’s experience and increases product and service awareness and adoption. The PCM will steward the CSG Forte Bid Management content database utilizing the third-party tool, Ombud.
We are looking for a Proposal Content Manager who will:
Act as a primary liaison between the Subject Matter Expert's (SME's) to obtain responses for RFP's and bids. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and appropriate (SME's) to gather the most current product and program information. Conduct content reviews with SME's, build content and edit work as required. Ensure the content is proofed and packaged for professional delivery.
Manage, enhance, and organize RFP library database (within the Ombud platform) to ensure users are able to navigate system and locate answers with relative ease. Navigation should be simplified so that RFP team members can easily retrieve information with minimal support. Load RFP content and maintain the database with expiration cycles. Edit for style and leverage technology and relationships to improve quality of RFP responses as well as the RFP process.
Migrate existing boilerplate information from internal communications, newsletters, etc. to RFP database system. Coordinate content creation, when necessary to incorporate CSG/CSG Forte writing style, voice and brand into database content.
Work closely with Bid-Management Team to keep them apprised on product (RFP database system) enhancements and releases, as well as updates (new or revised material).
Provide team support and perform backup of duties to ensure accurate and timely delivery of corporate objectives.
Network internally and externally to stay abreast of business trends, corporate and national best practices, and new developments in products/services in the payments industry.
Plan and coordinate other sales-related content, as needed, such as content used in email campaigns run within SalesLoft/SalesForce.
