The Results Manager will be responsible for management of assigned program(s), and the field agent staff. This position oversees all internal operations of a program and is ultimately responsible for overall success of the program. Additionally, this position must be able to take strategic recommendations from the Client Service Director and execute both on-time and on-budget to meet the goals of the client.

 

This is a full-time, dedicated role with a Monday-Friday work schedule, running from October-December with the likelihood to extend in 2025!

Compensation

$50,000 - $55,000 annual salary with weekly pay schedule

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Project Management:

Establish and manage execution of scope of work including

  • Develops and maintains timelines
  • Creates weekly status reports (internal and external)
  • Oversees work from BDS shared services and outside vendors
  • Facilitates weekly calls to ensure work is being executed as planned

Client Interface:

  • Acts as daily point of contact for program operational communications
  • Understands the strategic direction of the client and provides client suggestions/solutions in conjunction with the Client Service Director; evaluates program results and impact change
  • Collaborates with Client Service Director on meetings, presentations and documents

Retailer Partnership:

Works with retail partners on the following

  • Converts strategy to action plans 
  • Acts as the point of contact for operations 
  • Maintains compliance to operational requirements 
  •  

Talent Management:

  • Ensures field team is on profile and in place for execution, including Market Development Managers and Energy Upgrade Ambassadors
  • Sets and manages KPIs, implements action plans and creates performance improvements plans and/or makes decisions as it relates to terminations
  • Serves as a liaison between bds corporate and the field team using all communication channels
  • Supports the learning and development of all team members; provides leadership, direction, motivation and feedback and other opportunities to enhance their skills
  • Develops community spirit and programs

General Responsibilities:

  • Develops a good working relationship and understanding of functional departments, oversees work needed from support departments (HR, IT and Accounting)
  • Interprets, analyzes, and manages the P&L along with other aspects of the budget, to include but not limited to, forecasting, accounting, cash flows, balance sheets, income statements, internal billing, program calendar, data capturing structures and changes, and client reports 
  • Other tasks as requested by management
  • Travel required

 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Experience and Education: 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of industry and agency experience
  • Ability to lead organizations and people
  • Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and client relations
  • Must have extensive understanding of client (energy conservation and management) category, BDS and the applicable industry environment
  • Knowledge and/or previous experience in scheduling and executing outreach programs is preferred

Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s final level and final location. Also, this range represents base salary only and does not include the company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity, or benefits, if applicable.
