Project Manager
Icario is seeking a Project Manager to join our Program Implementation team within the Operations department. In this role, you will oversee the successful end-to-end execution of client implementation projects across our product platforms. You will serve as a strategic and tactical leader, ensuring timely delivery, managing cross-functional collaboration, and fostering strong relationships with internal teams and clients alike.
This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving, and is adept at guiding complex initiatives from initiation through to successful launch. Why We Need You
- Lead the planning and execution of complex implementation projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate and lead client-facing planning and kick-off meetings
- Manage cross-functional work breakdown structures (via Workfront) to coordinate efforts across departments
- Provide regular status updates, lead status meetings, and ensure consistent communication across all stakeholders
- Oversee scope management, issue resolution, and escalation processes to ensure successful outcomes
- Ensure internal and client teams are launch-ready, coordinating final preparations and transitions to post-launch support
- Conduct post-project retrospectives to identify and share learnings across the organization

If you bring a combination of the following skills and experiences, we encourage you to apply:- 4+ years of experience in project management ideally in within healthcare or related field
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across cross-functional teams
- Strong client-facing communication and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated success in managing work breakdown structures, project timelines, and key deliverables
- Experience navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving priorities with resilience and a solution-oriented mindset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and stakeholder alignment
- Familiarity with project/work management tools (e.g., Workfront preferred)
- Experience in healthcare, regulated industries, or B2B2C business models is a plus
- PMP certification (or in progress) is expected
- A collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to influence and align diverse teams to a common goal
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving process improvements
- Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for solving complex problems in a dynamic environment
