Weā€™re Looking For:

We are seeking an Enterprise (Program) Manager with experience in program ownership and account management. You will be involved in collaboration, performance monitoring, and process adherence for our largest dealerships and dealer groups in the country. In this role, you will have the opportunity to listen & understand our partnersā€™ business goals, translate data into compelling and actionable insights, and focus on executing on the plan to fulfill our partnersā€™ needs. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or account management, with a proven track record in achieving successful outcomes for larger clients.

  • Take ownership to align internal and external stakeholders, ensuring commitment to objectives and successful outcomes.

  • Ā Monitor and measure performance, and sales for assigned marketā€“intervening and resolving issues that impact performance and customer satisfaction.

  • Ā Empathize and understand your partnersā€™ objectives, forecasts, and performance metrics to align processes or technological ā€¦
