We’re seeking a passionate Program Manager who will play a pivotal role in supporting our Rapid Innovation Center (The RIC), specializing in leading initiatives related to our Innovation Framework, Technical Partnership Program, and Business Development Enablement. This role demands hands-on involvement, business acumen, leadership, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders across multiple, cross-functional teams as well as external partners.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage the cost, schedule, and performance logistics associated with successfully delivering key outcomes through the Rapid Innovation Center.
· Maintain and groom a program backlog, developed with input from key business stakeholders, including the CTO, CIO, and Business Unit leads.
· Establish, develop, and maintain partnerships and strategic relationships with technical partners; this includes management and oversight of key metrics and measured outcomes necessary to achieve, maintain, and advance eSimplicity’s partnership tier with specific partners.
· Manage our technical certification and certification incentive programs, leading strategic initiatives to ensure successful achievement of corporate goals or partner requirements.
· Oversee and facilitate resource management with a distributed, matrixed team.
· Support the capture and proposal process by researching and gathering technical information for use in proposal development activities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional team members including product, HCD, engineering, and data science leaders to prioritize the pursuit of initiatives that enable the analysis, design, development and operation of enterprise systems and services.
· Maintain a repository of artifacts and documentation that support the development of responses to market surveys, RFIs, RFPs, and white papers to present our solution as a winning value proposition.
· Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), CTO and technical leads, and partners to refine and improve solutions, ensuring they align with client needs and our strategic objectives.
· Work closely with key stakeholders, industry partners, and decision-makers to optimize IT governance and decision-making processes, adapting as the business context and technological landscape evolve.
· Stay updated on emerging digital and business trends. Collaborate with other business leaders to integrate digital opportunities into our business strategy, ensuring we remain at the forefront of technological advancements.
RequirementsRequired Qualifications:
· A Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communications, or a technical discipline. With ten years (10) of professional experience and at least four years (4) of specialized experience, a degree is not required.
· Experience leading projects, programs, and contracts for federal government customers within the GovCon industry.
· Experience operating as a Capture Manager or business lead responsible for business growth.
· Experience establishing and growing strategic partnerships with leading technology vendors.
· Experience developing and leading corporate training programs.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Proven capability in proposal writing and development for government agencies.
· Due to the nature of our customers, candidates are required to hold US Citizenship.
Desired Qualifications:
· Experience successfully negotiating license agreements with external vendors/partners.
· Experience performing Contracts or Subcontracts Management.
· Experience with P&L or Strategic Account Management.
Working Environment:
eSimplicity supports a remote work environment operating within the Eastern time zone so we can work with and respond to our government clients. Expected hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern unless otherwise directed by manager.
Occasional travel for training or project meetings in the DMV region. It is estimated to be less than 25% per year.
