The Program Manager focuses on driving the strategy for supporting implementation support teams (ISTs) by ensuring they have the resources, training, and guidance needed for program success. It involves creating and enhancing internal resources to equip ISTs for effective customer support while aligning product development and marketing strategies with user and implementation perspectives.

This role also supports GTM initiatives by providing insights on IST needs and contributes to continuous improvement by refining guidance based on feedback and program outcomes. Collaboration across teams is key to integrating the implementation perspective into product, GTM, and customer support strategies.

The Impact You’ll Have:

  • Contribute insights to product development, marketing initiatives, and implementation strategies representing the program implementation perspective and leveraging market research, customer feedback, and educator perspectives.  
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the definition of IST and Customer Health Success, assisting in the development of use cases and best practices.  
  • Share effective implementation strategies and practices with the team, promoting continuous improvement in program implementation.  
  • Assist in updating the IST program support roadmap, adapting implementation content, and ensuring consistency across knowledge base, GTM activities, and internal meetings to ensure ISTs are equipped to maintain program health and support effective implementation practices.  
  • Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate the delivery of training content and implementation strategies, ensuring alignment with program goals.  
  • Coordinate actions to support ISTs by handling complex cases and coordinating tailored guidance.  

What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrated effectiveness working cross-functionally, collaborating with a broad spectrum of stakeholders and maintaining a customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to engage internal subject matter experts and stakeholders in your work and organize their participation and feedback.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, both written and verbal, in succinctly explaining complex information in a reader-friendly way.
  • Experience as an educator in a K-8 educational organization.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities with strong ability to multi-task and to prioritize daily tasks.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
  • Experience using i-Ready or other digital assessment and instruction tools as an educator or supporting implementations preferred.
  • Experience and high comfort level with assessment and instruction resources and data, including those in Spanish or designed to support student learning in Spanish.
  • Experience managing content for adult learning experiences including asynchronous resources and/or live trainings.

We’d also love to see, though not required

  • Have experience supporting English Learners (ELs) or working with Spanish products
  • Are Spanish language proficient (not required).

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary with great benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, employer contributed 401K, and company cell phone. Ability to keep all travel points for flights and hotels booked for work-related travel. Mileage reimbursement may be available for applicable travel.

Travel: Travel to Company offices, events or field visits 3-4 times a year.

Location: This is a remote position.

Benefits and Pay Range:
Pay Range – This role’s range is $60,750-$99,750. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
