About the role
As a Program Manager you will empower our sales organizations to achieve their ambitions by delivering measurable, scalable, and repeatable programs for our internal clients. Sales Enablement Program Managers partner with business leaders to design, deliver, and evaluate program initiatives. A Sales Enablement Program manager provides strategic recommendations and solutions to translate business goals into value-driven outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives in a team environment. Ultimately, the program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.
- Share Ownership: Manage all aspects of your workstreams, including an understanding of business needs, aligning with the Leader’s intent, and building and maintaining action plans for achieving business objectives. You will work with appropriate stakeholders to resolve escalations and perform root cause analysis for positive results.
- Lead with Influence:You will inspire cross-functional project teams to achieve successful outcomes, meet timelines, and complete project and program objectives.
- Deliver Results: You will contribute to the continued growth of Insight by consistently completing projects on time and aligning with business objectives. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate:You willpartner with business leaders, project sponsors, and cross-functional teams to generate ideas, find solutions, and achieve common goals while ensuring all strategic and tactical approaches connect to overall business ambitions and maintain holistic alignment.

What we’re looking for
- 3+ years of program/project management, sales enablement, or similar experience
- A proven track record of success in B2B sales with experience managing accounts or supporting those who do.
- Must possess strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce results is critical.
