Program Coordinator - Remote
Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
ICF is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide administrative and logistical support to a team of interdisciplinary staff from the National Library of Medicine (NLM) and other collaborators. The program coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and facilitating meetings, tracking and reporting on project progress, producing and disseminating communication materials, and organizing and managing project files and data. The program coordinator will also contribute to the content development and quality assurance of web service.
The program coordinator will work closely with the NLM staff and other ICF contractors to ensure the quality and consistency of services.
This position is fully remote but may require working periodically onsite at the National Library of Medicine, 8600 Rockville Pike, Bethesda MD, 20894.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as executive secretariat for the program team: schedule and prepare meeting agendas, record and verify meeting notes, provide summaries and action items to attendees, and follow up on tasks and deliverables.
- Track and report on project milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies using MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and other tools such as Jira.
- Organize and disseminate project files and data using SharePoint and other platforms.
- Draft and produce final reports and presentations for internal and external audiences, coordinate graphic design and other resources from the contractor, and advise on the most effective way to convey information to specific audiences.
- Support the content development and quality assurance of the web service, which will offer concept-based browsing and search functionality for CDEs related to women's health research.
- Perform other activities to support the program team, as needed.
- 3+ years serving in a program coordinating role for interdisciplinary teams creating a web-based product (such as a website) or service (such as a library).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
- Bachelor’s degree in public health, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience providing final reports and presentation materials to senior leadership.
- Knowledge of women's health research topics and common data elements.
- Proficient in JIRA
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
