Program Analyst

Leidos is seeking a Project and Program Management Analyst to join the National Airspace System (NAS) Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) team.
The position will be supporting the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Environmental Occupational Safety and Health (EOSH) Services Group for Air Traffic Organization. The Program Analyst will assist the FAA in executing the Workplace Inspection Program & Hazard Abatement Program Program.
This is a fully remote position.

Qualifications to be considered:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of relevant exempt experience or a Master’s with less than 2 years of relevant exempt experience.
- Proven history working with large amount of data, and preforming data analysis across multiple systems and produce dashboards and presentations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience with OSH workplace inspection and development of abatement plans.
- Prior experience supporting the FAA or other Federal Agency is highly desired.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide programmatic and technical Workplace Inspection Tool (WIT) support.
- Generate workplace inspection and hazard abatement data tracking reports monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Update Knowledge Sharing Networks (KSN) related to Workplace Inspection & Hazard Abatement.
- Support meetings and prepare meeting minutes or notes, and action items.
- Provide SME support to prepare program-related briefings. Generate formal and informal power-point presentations, handouts, communication plans, etc.
- Assist with the development of new and/or updated FAA Hazard Abatement Program requirements, procedures, and/or implementation guidance. Update documents as necessary.
- Assist with the development and coordination of FAA WIT training and materials.
Targeted salary will be $71,000 - 95,000 based on experience.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
