Program Administrator

CACI is seeking an experienced Program Administrator to support the US Air Force Cloud One Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration contract. This role will be crucial in ensuring smooth program operations, efficient resource management, and effective communication across all levels of the program. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Maintains accurate and current files on program staff in accordance with program needs and coordinates with government POC
Maintains configuration management of CACI and Government issued property
Manages facility space utilization to include: personnel seat assignments and coordination with government counterpart
Manages on-boarding process to include: receipt of required documents and training
Regularly communicates with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Subcontracts Manager, Resource Manager and Security Team
Responsible for distribution of weekly reports
Partners with internal working group staffing teams
Tracks annual compliance training and follows up as necessary
Manage employee off-boarding according to government and CACI guidelines
Serves as emergency coordinator to maintain, update and distribute various rosters
Accepts additional duties and responsibilities at any time at the discretion of the Resource Manager
Demonstrates courteous, cooperative, and helpful demeanor
Required Qualifications:
Current DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 5 years of project support experience
Initiative, attention to detail, high productivity, analytical ability, and process improvement focus necessary for success
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office programs
Desired Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting DoD programs
Ability to exercise sound professional judgment and maintain complete confidentiality
Experience supporting all levels of an organization, to include senior executives
Must be comfortable in a high-energy, high-productivity environment where service excellence is essential
Demonstrated ability to successfully handle multiple concurrent priorities
Experience with property accountability

The proposed salary range for this position is:
