About the role:
As a Product Support Representative for Fintel Product Adoption, you will work with FIS clients to provide in-depth product support and training focused on retention and increase end user adoption.
About the team:
The Product Adoption team will work across teams and go beyond traditional client relationship management to focus on end user engagement to surface critical information.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate with FIS leverage teams to streamline client outreach and feedback to internal teams.
- Connect with FIS clients to provide enhanced product support, gain user insight and drive product usage.
- Execute end user outreach campaigns, track and report progress.
- Assist in development and delivery of end user training to increase retention and product usage.
- Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
- Facilitate User Advisory boards.
What you will need:
- Prior banking experience preferred
- You are an excellent communicator and strong problem-solver
- Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- The ability to work independently
Added bonus if you have:
- Knowledge of FCRA and GLBA regulations and FIS products
