JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly motivated Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for the Genesys Cloud Core Product Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have deep product marketing experience with enterprise SaaS companies and have built go-to-market programs for specific segments, verticals, and revenue opportunities.  

You will define and execute product positioning and messaging that connects our corporate narrative to our orchestration services components in Genesys Cloud. This person will be responsible for understanding the technical capabilities of our orchestration services and translate those into practical use cases for businesses.   

The Product Marketing Manager will support cross functional teams across the organization. You will articulate the value and positioning of our capabilities to customers, prospects, partners, sales teams, analysts and other key internal and external stakeholders. You will be a self-motivated key contributor who thrives in a fast paced, high-growth environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define practical orchestration use cases defined by our orchestration services layer within Genesys Cloud CX.
  • Drive new product launches and GTM strategy that align with selling motions and support product strategy. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans from audience definition, development of core value proposition, to launch and sustain through execution.
  • Champion data-driven investigation to uncover insights and revenue opportunities throughout the entire marketing and sales funnel.
  • Develop segmentation strategies for your target audiences and create winning positioning and messaging that differentiate you from the competition.
  • Identify key use-cases and develop buyer personas to communicate the value proposition of the platform to the sales team.
  • Develop sales tools that support the selling process including first call decks, solutions briefs, white papers, videos, blogs and webinars.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations at internal leadership meetings, analyst briefings, industry events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • Lead reporting on success metrics during monthly business reviews and drive rigorous marketing planning

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years enterprise SaaS marketing, preferably for contact center solutions or a multi-product environment
  • Domain expertise in B2B growth marketing initiatives and full funnel activations
  • Mastery of foundational PMM skills – messaging/positioning, GTM strategy, audience segmentation, sales enablement, content creation, market research
  • Strong strategic, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize high impact activities, manage multiple priorities and keep complex projects moving forward.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and lead a project from idea to success with minimal guidance
  • Track record of successfully leading, influencing, and collaborating with product management, sales, sales ops and marketing
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, lean team environment, adept at embracing and navigating through organizational changes with resilience and adaptability
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Poised under pressure and a sense of humor
  • Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated professional equivalent skill
  • Willing to travel 15%

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.  

$95,500.00 - $187,400.00
