Responsibilities
Who are you?
As a Product Marketing Manager at Personify Health, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing our health plan administration, wellbeing, and navigation solutions to the market. You will be responsible for understanding our full product portfolio, and our buyers, influencers and markets—with deep understanding of the healthcare landscape. You’ll craft positioning and content and play a critical role in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies and programs that accelerate Personify Health’s growth.
You have proven product marketing experience, clearly articulating value propositions and crafting benefits-led positioning statements that showcase how our differentiated products and services solve key market problems. You build engaging content that enables our sales and customer success teams with the right message at the right time. You will work cross-functionally to create compelling programs that drive acquisition, adoption, and upsell opportunities for Personify Health’s products and solutions.
You are a strategic doer who thrives in fast-paced environments where you can have a big impact. You proactively identify opportunities that best position our solutions to solve market needs and build compelling narratives. As an effective collaborator and communicator, you lead cross-functional meetings and work diligently in partnership with teams throughout the organization to deliver measurable business results.
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
Many of these core functions are in collaboration with cross-functional teams and accordance with determined area(s) of specialization.
- Market and Competitive Expertise – to inform strategy and positioning—have a deep understanding of key market segments and buyers; know top competitors by product and clearly articulate how we’re differentiated. Review win/loss, sales calls, and client feedback regularly for intel to apply to our strategies.
- Positioning and Messaging – craft and maintain value propositions, product positioning, and messaging that differentiate our solutions, are benefits led vs. features led, resonate with key market segments, and reflect the unique value and personality of Personify Health; inform Personify Health’s positioning and establish key themes to drive campaigns and content.Develop and maintain detailed buyer personas to inform product marketing strategies and messaging.
- Content and Assets – create and maintain effective content (e.g., presentation decks, solution sheets, case studies, demos, videos, etc.) to fuel sales and marketing success, and adapt based on engagement metrics, market trends, sales leadership feedback, and other external/internal data.
- Go-to-Market and Product Launches – play a critical role in the development and on-time execution of go-to-market strategies, programs and product launches/releases.
- Goal Setting and Reporting – in alignment with strategic business objectives—contribute to the establishment, measurement, and optimization of metrics; report quantitative and qualitative data to key stakeholders; and leverage results to make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications
What you bring to the Personify Health team:
In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:
- A BA in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing with a proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products and services, and full-stack program creation and execution
- Experience in healthcare, health plans, health insurance and/or health systems required
- Experience with care/benefits navigation and advocacy solutions is a plus

- Deep understanding of the health care industry, including trends and competitive landscape
- Experience with product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development for various market segments and buyers
- Ability to translate product features and technical capabilities into benefits for key markets
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to drive informed decision-making
- Experience creating and maintaining buyer personas to guide product marketing initiatives
- Experience working with marketing and sales funnels, with the ability to identify the appropriate content for a given market or persona at different stages throughout the buying process
- Experience in building and executing marketing plans that deliver measurable results
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with, as well as influence and motivate colleagues across cross-functional teams to achieve shared outcomes
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and accountable team player and contributor
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000. Note that compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
