Go Vocal is looking for purpose-driven talent to join us on our mission to enable millions of people in cities across the globe to shape the future of their communities.
We're looking for an experienced Product Marketeer to drive product adoption across our existing client base while supporting new business growth for our participatory SaaS tool. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and customer/government success, helping local governments excel in digital consultation and citizen engagement.
You’ll own two critical areas of our business:
Product Adoption: Drive feature adoption, platform usage, and retention across 300+ city clients.
Market Growth: Support new business through compelling positioning and sales enablement.
Product Adoption & Customer Success (50%)
Develop and execute onboarding and adoption programs for new and existing features.
Create customer education and enablement strategies to drive platform usage.
Partner with our Customer Success team and CSMs to identify and address adoption barriers.
Build playbooks for upselling and cross-selling premium features and add-ons.
Track and analyze usage metrics to uncover opportunities and risks.
Drive customer advocacy by developing success stories.
Create resources to help CSMs effectively upsell the platform.
Product Launch & Communications (25%)
Manage the full feature launch lifecycle for the customer base, including internal and external communications. Oversee the product marketing execution of new feature and product launches as part of the quarterly release cycle to clients.
Collaborate with the Product Manager to define pricing strategies for features.
Market Growth & Sales Enablement (25%)
Own product positioning and messaging for government market segments.
Develop sales enablement briefs and materials tailored to resonate with public sector buyers.
Requirements
What do we expect from you?
Strategy
You have a passion for public governance and citizen engagement, combined with 4+ years of product marketing experience in technology, particularly in SaaS platforms.
Data-Driven Decision Making: you are skilled in using data to measure adoption and impact.
Program Development: you are experienced in designing and executing adoption programs.
Upsell and Cross-Sell Expertise: you are able to identify and drive revenue opportunities.
Technical
You are self-driven and thrive when working autonomously, with a strong ability to leverage data and tools to inform decisions.
Proficiency with Product Analytics Tools: you are experienced with product tools (e.g. Mixpanel, …)
Autonomous Data Analysis: you are able to analyze usage data and trends independently.
Familiarity with CRM and Success Platforms: you are familiar with tools like Salesforce or Planhat
Understanding of SaaS Metrics: you are knowledgeable about key metrics like churn and MRR.
Communication
You are a storyteller at heart, skilled at creating engaging narratives that clarify complex product features and their value, with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Exceptional Written and Verbal Skills: you have strong ability to communicate ideas clearly.
Enablement Content Creation: you are skilled in creating playbooks and training materials.
Presentation and Media Proficiency: you are comfortable in delivering presentations and videos.
Collaborative Skills: you are effective at aligning teams and ensuring smooth communication
You are based based in Central European time zone.
