Product Manager, Marketing – Promotional Medical Education

Job Description
Lead the development and execution of:
· Peer-to-peer medical education
o Effectively Manage Speaker Bureau with over 150 Speakers and Key Opinion Leaders Nationally
o Development, training and execution of speaker decks and other content
o Creation of new and innovative educational programs
o Compliantly drive speaker program execution and exceed attendance goals
· Plan, Develop and Execute Promotional Activities at Key Congresses:
o Booths
o Advertisements
o Product Theatres
o KOL Engagements and other events
· Collaborate, align, and coordinate with HCP marketing, Non-Personal Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Cross-functional partners, Alliance partners, and External Agencies
o Ensure all PME tactics align to Brand Strategy
o Deliver high quality tactics within timelines and within budget
o Closely work with Medical Team to ensure medically accurate content
o Proficiently manage and lead creative agencies
o Effectively work with Promotional Regulatory, Legal, Medical and Compliance (PRC) partners to seek speedy approval of all promotional tactics

Qualifications
Required:
· B.A. or B.S. degree
· Minimum of 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales/marketing or relevant experience
· Strong leadership skills are necessary to lead/contribute to overall execution of key deliverables
· Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
· Proven business analysis skills
· Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills as evidenced in business/marketing plans, strategies, or significant projects
· Strong relationship building ability
· Strong written and oral communication skills as well as good presentation skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Travel 25-30%
Preferred:
· Experience/knowledge of CNS marketplace
· Sales and/or sales training experience
· MBA and/or advanced degree in marketing
