Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary
OneStream is looking for product champions to enthusiastically drive innovation that keeps pace with our industry-leading growth and achieves 100% customer success. As a OneStream Product Manager II, you will be identifying potential product usability features through stakeholder feedback, drafting product requirements, working closely with other product managers, developers, and quality analysts during the build cycle and assisting in the development of documentation and training materials to enable internal and external stakeholders to sell, position, implement and support the OneStream Platform.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Determine product priorities through interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Become the “voice of the customer” as it relates to making OneStream easy to use for our end users and easy to manage for administrators.
- Assume the role of product owner for designated solutions or features, serving as the principal point of contact across the organization.
- Systematically analyze, organize, and prioritize work items within the enhancement request system to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Lead the strategic direction, tactical planning, and delivery timelines for specific product areas.
- Conduct comprehensive research to uncover customer needs, perform competitor analysis, and identify market gaps.
- Provide expert guidance to Business Analysts in creating detailed acceptance criteria and test plans, ensuring knowledge transfer and alignment.
- Independently develop prototypes to facilitate the Engineering team's understanding of product requirements.
- Engage deeply in the full development lifecycle, collaborating closely with developers, quality analysts, and other stakeholders from inception to general availability.
- Continuously enhance your expertise in OneStream’s comprehensive, unified CPM platform through hands-on learning and application.
- Develop and deliver detailed documentation and training materials to inform stakeholders about new features, enabling and educating Presales, Sales, and Marketing teams on new offerings.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Presales teams to effectively showcase new features in promotional and sales materials.
- Persistently research and implement methods to improve monitoring, identify issues, and deliver enhanced value to customers.
- Maintain a hands-on approach and a deep commitment to mastering the OneStream product and associated MarketPlace solutions.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Technology or similar.
- 7 years of experience that includes Corporate Performance Management (CPM) Product Management, solutions delivery, business analysis, training, and documentation management.
- Experience with 2+ CPM domains: Financial modeling, data integration, consolidation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
- Hands-on technical experience with CPM applications, such as financial model and metadata design, data integration, dashboards, graphs, and report authoring.
- Experience with CPM applications such as:
o OneStream
o Oracle Hyperion
o SAP
o Other CPM solutions
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, Office 365, and Microsoft Visio.
- Experience with Visio, Draw.io, Lucidchart or any other flow chart software.
- Strong understanding of accounting terms and systems.
- Product Manager Certification (PMC) a plus, experience with CPM applications a plus.
- CPA or MBA a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Strong understanding of competitors, including their features and roadmap strategy.
- Ability to follow established processes.
- Strong understanding of OneStream user personas.
- Strong user of Microsoft tools such as Excel and Visio with exposure to SQL Server and VB.NET or similar.
- Ability to analyze and communicate technical issues, lead discussions, and influence decisions.
- Excellent listening, verbal, public speaking, and written communication skills.
- Understanding of Commercial Software Lifecycle.
- Knowledgeable in OneStream domain area (Planning, Close, AI, etc.)
