About the job
Atlassian is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of the Notifications platform across Confluence and other Atlassian products.
In this role, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Notifications experience within Confluence and drive alignment across multiple Atlassian products and surfaces. Your initiatives should range from big bets that create a step-function change in user engagement to quick wins that remove friction for our users. You should thrive in an environment with rapid experimentation and have a strong desire to drive positive impact.
This is a highly cross-functional role and you’ll collaborate closely with your counterparts in Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Go To Market teams.
What you’ll do
Establish a product strategy and deliver measurable impact through execution
Leverage quantitative and qualitative user insights to shape product direction
Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly
Create alignment across multiple stakeholder teams to deliver a best in class product experience
Your background
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
Experience building platforms or horizontal products across large organizations
Excellent product craft and product sense skills
Expert at using quantitative and qualitative insights to shape product direction
Passionate about bringing consumer product best practices to enterprise software
Skilled at building consensus with cross-functional stakeholders and across teams

Compensation
At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:
Zone A: $140,100 - $186,800
Zone B: $126,100 - $168,200
Zone C: $116,300 - $155,100
This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
