We are in search of a dynamic product manager with experience in Business Intelligence tools. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Calabrio's Business Intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative BI solutions that drive business value.   The ideal candidate has proven expertise in AI-powered conversational intelligence solutions, and a deep understanding of the CX technology and competitive landscape. Proven familiarity with AI concepts, data reporting and analytics is crucial.  

 

What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities) 

  • Define product vision and strategy for Calabrio’s Business Insights offering. Accelerate transformation with AI. 
  • Backlog and roadmap management to drive high velocity releases with high quality 
  • Lead competitive analysis and be the subject leader for intelligence of the competitive offerings and marketspace. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UI/UX, and go-to-market (GTM) to translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prioritizing features and functionalities.  
  • Work with customers and partners, leveraging their feedback to refine products and influence positive outcomes. 
  • Be adept at translating high level strategic vision into detailed execution. 

Success Criteria: 

  • Strong background in Business Intelligence with strong understanding of Cloud Data Architecture, data visualization, business dashboards and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, QuickSight 
  • Experience in B2B Product Management 
  • Experience and understanding of WFM and/or Conversational Intelligence is a huge plus 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Knowledge of contact center operations and workforce optimization is preferred 
  • Experience with one or more of the following types of products or tools: 
    • WFM, ACD, IVR and related technologies 
    • Performance management and evaluation solutions 
    • CRM, Customer Success and Support solutions 
    • Database and Data Warehouse solutions 
    • Business Intelligence platforms 
    • Reporting technologies 

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst role 
  • Experience with Agile & Scrum techniques and methodologies 
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS applications 
  • Experience working with Business Insights or Analytics
