We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Product Liaison team. This team plays a key role in bridging the communication between our North America market and our product management team. The ideal candidates will possess strong knowledge of the Kyriba application or of similar applications, a deep understanding of market needs in North America, very good communication skills, with the ability to translate these needs into actionable insights for our product decision makers, and then to present roadmap and delivery updates to customers as well to our North America Sales and Account Management teams.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Product team's representative in the North American market, bridging communication between Product line leaders, prospective and existing customers, and Kyriba’s Sales and Account Management teams. Key activities include:
1. Strategic Customer Sales Support: Support sales to strategic customers, representing the Product team, presenting the roadmap defined with product leadership and informing Product leadership about prioritized product gaps.
2. Key Customer Need Gathering: For key customers chosen with Account Management leadership, collaborate with customers and Account Management to collect, detail, and prioritize their product improvement requests.
3. Customer Engagement for Roadmap Discussions: Work with Account Management to select customers for the roadmap discussions proposed by product leadership, and organize presentations for these discussions.
4. Market Intelligence: Update Product leadership on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive products in the local market.
Customer Need Analysis: Working with the product management teams across our different product lines, discuss the above prioritized product enhancement requests. Gathering additional customer information when needed, participating in the design of product changes, the sizing of the development effort involved and the assessment of the potential reusable value for the community of other Kyriba’s customers.
Roadmap Definition: Assist Product leaders in preparing for Product Steering Committees by providing insights from the aforementioned activities.
Roadmap and Delivery Updates: Reflect roadmap decisions for customer-initiated enhancement requests in internal communication tools. Also periodically meet with Sales and Account Management leadership to review above client needs and open items, ensuring effective communication beyond internal communication tools.
Event Representation: Alongside product leaders, represent the Product team at sales and marketing events across North America.
