Due to growth, we are adding Product Liaison to our team!
The Product Liaison will be responsible for managing and supporting both existing and new product programs for assigned key account clients. The Product Liaison will manage and coordinate the implementation and execution of our programs as assigned, collaborating with internal partners. The Product Liaison will act as a bridge ensuring effective communication and collaboration to maximize program success. The role supports Account Management teams to ensure seamless program operations and client satisfaction.
The Product Liaison plays a crucial role in sustaining and enhancing the performance of existing programs, facilitating new program onboarding, and ensuring that cross-functional collaboration supports strategic goals.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
- Serve as the advocate for all key account programs within Navitus, including but not limited to, access guidance services, specialty access program, QALYiQ, Medical Carve-out, medically administered product formularies, and our weight management programs.
- Assist the client services team in resolving client and member issues related to these programs.
- Act as liaison between product owners, ensuring that program updates, execution, and changes are communicated clearly across all relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Represent Key Accounts in operational meetings and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Client and Services teams to monitor and optimize program performance, focusing on delivering value and cost savings for clients.
- Work with the analytics division to ensure program savings reports are accurate, complete, and valuable to clients and advisors.
- Create, review, and provide analytical feedback on ad hoc reports to support data-driven decision-making and ensure program performance aligns with client and business goals.
- Partner with the Marketing team to make sure the client and member materials properly communicate the value of these products or programs.
- Collaborate with the Client Implementation team to ensure that product updates and changes are being administered correctly.
- Manage relationships with external vendors as necessary to support program operations and deliverables.
- Execute departmental initiatives that align with the corporate strategic plan, contributing to overall business success.
- Understand URAC, NCQA, and Government Program regulations as they affect product offerings; Implement and maintain process to comply with requirements.
- May include cross-training within the clinical operations team to support client implementation and ad hoc needs.
- Participate in, adhere to and support compliance and diversity, equity, and inclusion program objectives.
Qualifications
What our team expects from you?
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience, is required.
- Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or healthcare industry preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in customer service role required.
- 3+ years of experience in health, biomedical, or pharmaceutical product programs required.
- Demonstrated experience in strong communication, organizational, and project management.
