Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Learning Leader to join GE HealthCare’s Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) Contrast Media (CM) Learning & Development (L&D) team. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and updating training content for assigned products, including training on marketing materials, to ensure sales (field-based sales/inside sales) and clinical applications teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel. This position will report directly to the Learning Business Partner, with indirect oversight of field sales trainers. You will play a crucial role in the development of both in-person and virtual training programs, contributing to the continued success of our product portfolio.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Content Development: In collaboration with the Learning Business Partner and Learning Enablement Specialist for the assigned modality, design, develop, and maintain engaging and effective training materials, including presentations, eLearning modules, and job aids, that align with the latest product information, marketing strategies, compliance standards, and business goals. Adherence to Advertising and Promotional Review (APR) process during the design of training content.
  • Marketing Materials Training: Train commercial teams on the effective use of marketing materials, ensuring understanding of how to leverage these materials to communicate product benefits, positioning, and key messages with customers. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements during training sessions.
  • Training Delivery: Facilitate in-person and virtual product training sessions for commercial teams and other internal or external stakeholders. Ensure delivery is impactful, relevant, and tailored to the needs of the audience.  Leverage facilitation tools to maximize learner engagement, knowledge retention and training effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Leadership, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Compliance) to gather insights and incorporate feedback into training materials. Maintain strong relationships with field sales trainers to ensure effective delivery and adoption of training programs.
  • Content Updates & Maintenance: Continuously review and update training content to reflect the latest product information, marketing materials, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics. Adherence to Advertising and Promotional Review (APR) process during the maintenance of training content.
  • Effectiveness & Measurement: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics. Provide regular reports to Learning Business Partner on the impact and success of training initiatives.
  • Ongoing Learning & Development: Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and training methodologies. Continuously improve the training approach and materials to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field, Education, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Experience:
    • Preferred 3-5 years of experience in a product or field training role or learning and development role, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Proven experience designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions for sales or other field-based teams.
    • Experience in developing learning materials and facilitating training events, including eLearning content and instructor-led training programs.
  • Strong Communication & Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex product information in an accessible and engaging way.
  • Multi-Tasking Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Adaptability & Problem-Solving: A proactive, adaptable approach to work with the ability to think critically and solve problems as they arise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using a variety of Learning Management Systems (LMS), virtual training platforms, and Microsoft Office suite. Experience with the following tools: Microsoft Teams, Articulate, Allego, Smartsheet, Showpad, Cornerstone, Kahoot, Slido, Vyond, Veeva, SumTotal is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  • This role is remote (home office) based in the US with occasional travel (up to 20%) to support training initiatives.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $108,200.00-$162,300.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
