Guidepoint’s Qsight group is a new, high-growth division focused on building market-leading data intelligence solutions for the healthcare industry. Operating like a startup within a larger high-growth company, Qsight works with proprietary data to generate actionable insights for the world’s leading institutional investors and medical device, pharmaceutical, and medical Aesthetics companies. The Qsight team is passionate about creating market intelligence products through rigorous analysis of alternative data to deliver highly relevant, accurate insights to a global client base.

As the Product Lead, you will be responsible for various market-facing products. The Product Lead will have oversight of our product strategy and management across our Insight products working closely with the analyst teams, sales, and marketing to define and execute against our roadmap. Over time, a successful hire will help us build out, and lead, an Insight product management team, including the hiring of additional team members and developing and implementing collaborative processes across various stakeholders. Experience supporting products that aid market researchers and pertain to syndicated research is highly valued.

This position can be remote.Ideal candidates MUST be comfortable working EST hours.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support Qsight's Commercial team, and its rapid growth trajectory with cohesive product strategies
  • Oversee the product management of Qsight Insights products, including Sales Measurement and Tracker
  • Engage with clients, client-facing teams, and analysts to identify market opportunities and challenges to support product strategy
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate client feedback into features
  • Enhance the product vision and roadmap while supporting strategies internally and externally
  • Assess competitive landscape and other market research players to maintain and expand a resilient value proposition
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for all significant issues related to the product line
  • Solve problems and overcome roadblocks and challenges as they arise
  • Contribute technical feedback on product design, represent the voice of the customer wherever possible

 What You Have:

  • 10+ years of relevant product management experience
  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in qualitative field or equivalent; Master’s degree strongly preferred
  • Proven entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a desire to build, solve problems, and innovate in fast-paced environment
  • An analytical mindset with a penchant for data
  • Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders, external customers, and developers
  • Expertise in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and product roadmaps
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or other collaboration software systems
  • Foundational knowledge of languages/technologies for performing data modeling (SQL, Python), a plus
  • Fluency with rapid-prototyping tools such as Figma, Marvel, or similar, a plus
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills, plus a proclivity for meticulous organization

What We Offer: 

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000. Base salary may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as geographic location. Additionally, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
