The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Product Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Oversees product development, execution, and sustaining development activities. This will also include product ownership and strategy responsibilities to help drive product growth and adoption.
- Provide direct technical supervision to assigned staff, which includes hiring, establishing, and tracking goals and objectives, team assignment, training, and facilitating the performance review process
- Must be comfortable in fast paced agile environment with challenging deadlines and be able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities while championing Agile principles and methodologies. Accountable for ensuring timely, high quality product releases.
- Responsible for ensuring team members are mentored on duties such as analysis, design, coding, debugging, automation and testing, documentation, support, maintenance, managing releases and updates.
