We are seeking an experienced Manager of Product Data Stewardship to lead the management, governance, and improvement of product master data across the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders across departments and regions, ensuring high-quality product data in systems such as JDE (JD Edwards), EPAC, Windchill, and MES. This role requires excellent skills in data issue resolution, cross-functional communication, and the ability to facilitate and present in monthly Product Data

Council meetings

How you will make an impact: 
•    Oversee the end-to-end management of product master data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems (JDE, EPAC, Windchill, MES etc.).
•    Collaborate with IT, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to establish and enforce product data standards.
•    Define and document data governance policies, procedures, and workflows for product master data.
•    Partner with business stakeholders across regions and functions (engineering, supply chain, quality, and operations) to identify and resolve product data issues.
•    Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to bridge data needs and requirements.
•    Drive alignment on data governance decisions during Product Data Council.
•    Proactively monitor, identify, and resolve product data issues, ensuring root causes are addressed to prevent recurrence.
•    Develop and implement processes to escalate and resolve critical data challenges efficiently.
•    Partner with regional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues impacting downstream processes.
•    Prepare and lead monthly Product Data Council meetings, presenting data metrics, governance updates, and issue resolutions.
•    Foster data stewardship accountability across business functions by highlighting data quality trends and opportunities.
•    Utilize and optimize systems such as JDE, EPAC, Windchill, MES to support master data governance and management processes.
•    Identify opportunities for system enhancements or process automation to improve product data quality.
•    Analyze data quality KPIs and implement improvement initiatives to enhance product data accuracy and governance.
•    Drive adoption of best practices for product master data management across the organization.
•    Provide training and guidance to regional teams and stakeholders on data governance processes.
•    Other incidental duties


What you'll need (Required):
• Bachelor's Degree in in related field, 8 years’ experience of previous related experience 
• Experience in data management and with DQ tools with business insights
• Experience with MDM tools and Data Catalogue

What else we look for (Preferred):
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and related systems
• Proven successful project management skills
• Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
• Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards
• Extensive understanding of related aspects of business systems processes and/or systems
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

The base pay range for this position is $115,000 to $163,000 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., geographic location, qualifications, education, prior experience).  Applications will be accepted while this position is posted on our Careers website.
