Job Description Softrams is looking for a Product Analyst with expertise in eliciting and documenting requirements. This role is part of a collaborative and agile team that supports and builds modern, standards-based responsive web applications for mission-critical health IT solutions. This role is a full-time w-2 employment opportunity and is fully remote.  

Federal Requirements:  

  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal Position of Trust clearance designation.  
  • Must reside in and be able to perform work in the United States.  
  • Must have lived in the United States for 3 of the last 5 years.  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is required. 
  • Must be able to obtain a public trust clearance. 
  • 8+ years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, product analyst, leading requirements capture, management and analysis activities along all phases of the agile software development and developing business process models. 
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, SharePoint, etc.).  
  • Must have intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Project/Smartsheet  
  • Experience with manual testing of software products. 
  • Knowledge of flow charts and UML using Visio, Lucidchart or similar tools will be plus.  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
  • Expertise with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Trello, etc. 
  • Knowledge of Healthcare, Medicare & Medicaid systems & data. 
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare domain is required. 
  • Experience with manual testing of software products. 
  • Creative, visionary, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and must be detailed oriented. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers, users, and other contractors to gather, understand, and document business, functional, technical & non-technical requirements.
